Quarterly Service Details
We are now offering our Quarterly Pest Control Service for
$1,130.00.
Of that amount, $550 covers the initial visit.
During the initial service, we will:
● Seal all potential entry points for mice
● Place interior traps inside the home
● Install bait stations around the exterior of the home (anywhere
we can safely reach from the ground)
● Provide a full insect treatment covering:
○ Asian beetles
○ Boxelder bugs
○ Spiders
○ Ants
○ Wasps
● Remove cobwebs from the home’s exterior
● Remove any wasp nests that are present
About one month after the initial service, we will return for your first
quarterly visit. During this visit, we will:
● Check all interior traps and reset them if needed
● Refill bait stations
● Inspect for any new pest activity
● Treat both the interior and exterior of the home (weather
permitting)
After that, we will continue with quarterly services every three
months.
● Each quarterly service costs $145.00
● With this plan, your home is protected year-round
During the winter months, we focus on interior insect treatments, and
once the weather warms up, we resume full exterior and interior
treatments.
